Control4 has announced the purchase of NEEO, a Swiss maker of high-end remote controls with sleek industrial design. NEEO will discontinue direct-to-consumer sales. Control4 Corporation has acquired Switzerland-based NEEO, creators of smart home remotes, to accelerate its leadership in delivering remotes, touchpanels, keypads, and other smart home devices.
