The most important fact that we try to keep alive in our memory as our corporate culture is that products as a result of our manufacturing are not single devices that operate on their own, but a comprehensive system where multiple devices work in a connected way and synchronised manner just like an orchestra.
For this system to perfectly catch this synchronisation and unity, it is necessary to have all system components in a harmony and high-quality as well as correct cable infrastructure and correctly selected components.
We are always keeping in mind that any abnormal function in any one of these pieces will impact the entire system and hinder service usage requested by the user.
An unpleasant problem at a critical stage might lead to a disturbance on the end-user side. Therefore, it is critical to understand that we are a complete system manufacturer that combines not only packaged goods but also knowledge and experience and we are trying to transfer this critical approach to our customers and business partners.
Technical service process that is required to achieve the desired successful results in the manufacturing are as follows:
Since a well-configured system design at the beginning will prevent various possible problems during installation and enable a practical and easy-to-use system, it is extremely important to have a system without any possibility for operational problems. To achieve the ultimate results from design work, engineering knowledge and experience that will cover all the details including project planning, technical drawing and device specifications are necessary.
The next step after the system design is accepted and has its final form is field application of the theoretical project. The most important factor that enables the communication between independent products and turns them into a total system is wired and wireless communication infrastructure. Therefore, correctly transferring theoretical electrical projects to electrical application team at the beginning for correct infrastructure in this field, supervising the cabling work in the following process and conducting end-to-end solidity and continuity test after completed infrastructure cabling is a three-staged and critical process with long-term management. Planning this process that starts with infrastructure and ends with system delivery with a time schedule diagram and updating this diagram based on the process changes is extremely important for succesfull project management.
For the final form of the design work to be applicable in the field, related units are formed in application projects to clearly understand system components and infrastructure. For this project planning, field expertise, good level of AutoCAD knowledge, technical knowledge about the systems and products are necessary engineering knowledge. Revisions during this process and during project ending stages are updated on these projects, as-built projects are created and archived. Updated projects stored in this archive have critical importance for periodic maintenance and service as well as remote and on-site interventions.
In this stage which can be divided into three as physical mounting, programming commissioning and customer training, our competent and expert personnel complete this process with their expertise in the natural flow of the work as well as customer needs.
To identify automation scenarios after mounting and commissioning, user’s experience with the smart home automation system is the only valid method. Therefore, scenario creation and system adjustment should be considered as a long-term and multi-step process rather than one single application by giving the necessary tolerance for the process to fit in and we include this process in our technical service.
There are some critical factors to be considered at this stage for successful and seamless results:
After completing cable infrastructure and material supply, it is extremely important to complete the construction process and clear the field from dust, humidity and dirt before physical mounting of system devices on the field. Another critical factor that needs to be checked and completed before mounting is supply energy resource of the system with Uninterrupted Power Source (UPS) and ensuring sufficient cooling and air ventilation in the device area.
Periodic cleaning and maintenance of installed system where scenarios are adjusted for customer preference are the most important factors to prevent any malfunctions. It is also a good chance to apply any changes and scenarios on the system which demands by the end-users. Maintenance and especially cleaning must be done by authorised personnel and non-experts must not work on system components or settings. Device cleaning by cleaners lead to connection-related malfunctions and users might experience surprise leakage.
Technical services that because of Lack of periodic maintenance leads to electrical faults, environment factors- or device-related problems might be necessary. Fast and effective intervention by expert and competent technical service personnel aims to minimise the effects of these failures on general usage.
These interventions can be on-site support in the system field or with remote connection via the internet if the failure is caused by software rather than hardware or infrastructure.
In hardware failures, taking the malfunctioning product, forwarding to related units for repair and integrating back in the system after the repairing is a form of our technical service.
It is important to intervene in the system and the device repair operations with our authorised personnel are important to both prevent bigger problems and to keep the warranty of the device.
In short, these services start with project design and it is an on-going process as long as the system is alive including infrastructure, installation, mounting and programming, creating user scenarios, repair and maintenance. Therefore, the experience and expertise of the solution partner for these technical services are as critical as high-quality products. Necessary factors for technical competence are versatile and each one of these competencies must be impeccable:
